Malaysian songwriter Aina Abdul recently released a new single CahayaMu, a new focus on the topic of spirituality. Produced by Wonder Music, the lyrics are written by Aina Abdul herself with composition assisted by Sarry Khaled. Imamz is tasked with mixing its masters.
Licensed to Believe Music by Mekar Jaya Enterprise, Aina Abdul’s new song, in the Malay language, expresses the humility towards a greater power that forcefully guides and comforts. This prayerful rendition shows the strength of a vocalist whose voice spans an extensive range covering the eloquent lows to the authoritative highs.
In 2014, Aina was selected to represent Malaysia at the World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) held in Hollywood, Los Angeles. She went on to win ‘Vocalist of the World’.

This week, she gets a chance of a lifetime to stand equal with some of the best female musicians under Spotify’s EQUAL music program for emerging artists.
