Responsibilities
- Music composition, arranging and production at Hong Kong Disneyland
- Artistic responsibility for the creation of live and recorded music for the property
- Works closely with creative and production teams in the development of new entertainment product
- Conducts rehearsals with vocalists & musicians for shows and vocal training
- Conducting, vocal coaching and music production
- Ensures show quality maintenance and notes
- Ensures consistent musical quality across the entire property
- Demonstrated ability to interpret ideas and images through music and lyrics
- Oversee, develop, organize and maintain a music resource library
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Music (or related discipline preferred and/or equivalent proven experience)
- Over 5 years of experience with artistic and technical musical expertise related to practical music skills pertinent to the music industry
- Computer proficiency (Pro Tools preferred) as it relates to music production
- Excellent musicianship; ability to sight read, transpose, arrange and compose music in a variety of styles
- Able to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
- Inspires creativity and innovation
- Exhibits professional excellence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different cultures
