Music Industry Executives Converge at Music Matters Singapore

With the focus on China, digital monetization and technology surrounding the music industry, we’ve put together a list of influential keynote speakers who will be attending All That Matters 2016. Make sure to catch them LIVE!

For those of us from the music side of things, we are in for another big treat. Prior to joining Tencent, Ng was the Head of Content Partnership and Entertainment at Nokia (Greater China region). He also held senior positions in companies such as U.S Yahoo, AOL and Hong Kong PCCW Limited.

Pentatonix, to date, have sold over 3.2 million albums in the U.S. Alone; received two Grammy Awards; amassed over 1.5 billion views on YouTube with over 10.5 million subscribers and a special appearance on Pitch Perfect 2. Their first single was viewed over 18 million times on YouTube. The Future of Entertainment Streaming Video: Sam Toles, Vimeo
Ever thought that music nowadays cannot live by itself anymore. Visual entertainment is exactly how it enchance the full musical experience. Sam Toles leads Vimeo as Head of Global Content Acquisitions and Distribution and leads the Content, Audience Development and Operations teams for Vimeo’s On Demand business. Previously before joining Vimeo, Toles was in theatrical marketing with New Line Cinema and Warner Brothers and home entertainment marketing roles at Paramout Pictures and Rhino. Unsettling as it may sound, digital and visual entertainment cannot be separated from music anymore.

Arthur Fogel, Live Nation Entertainment
The king that has the know-it-all on touring artist internationally, Fogel has generated over $280 million in box office revenue from 185 shows that was performed to over 2.6 million concertgoers in 2015. He has toured with the likes of U2 and Peter Gabriel. Hear Fogel on touring insights and the development of the global footprint especially in Asia.

Denis Handlin, Chairman & CEO Australia & NZ, President Asia, Sony Music Entertainment
As a music industry executive who has been in the field for over 40 years, this well respected and successful man will be sharing the future of the music and entertainment business and how to remain afloat in the world’s fastest changing industry. This is the guy who has seen the rise of vinyls to the most recent convergence from physical publishing, download to digital releases.

Paramdeep Singh, Co-Founder & Executive Chairman, Saavn
What is India up to now and the status of its most upcoming streaming services will all be revealed by Paramdeep who has over recent years taken the India music scene by storm and plays a key role in expanding Indian music around the globe.
