Chinese American Bear Announced 14 Tour Dates for China
Husband and wife Seattle-based duo Chinese American Bear are pleased to announce a series of shows across China this December.
Fresh off the success of their recent US and UK tour, musicians Anne Tong and Bryce Barsten will take on 14 cities across China, showcasing their inimitable blend of Chinese mando-pop and Western indie pop that flit between English and Mandarin, capturing a spirit of cross-cultural joy and longing, that is often poignant while never losing its sense of fun.

Chinese American Bear’s second album Wah!!! is out now via Moshi Moshi and is an accumulation of delicious ear candy songs crafted over the past two years.
Written, produced, and mixed by the duo themselves at their home studio in Seattle, the album is full of comedy, groove, quirk, and cuteness, all packed into 11 songs that keep you smiling the whole way through.
With melodically rich instrumentation, bits of psychedelia, and a razor-sharp pop sensibility, it’s an endearing release that’s as vital an indie pop record as any released this year.
In support of the album CAB will be touring China this December.
