Making plans for a new lifestyle staying at home and restricting outdoor movement? If that is a yes, join Revive Arcade Festival this 4 and 5 December and get some fun December vibes of South East Asia’s very first interactive 2D pixel art music festival.
This two-days music and seven-days virtual gaming event is a collaboration between two rather new creative company based in Malaysia: Persona Theory Games, an indie games studio and Tala Records Asia, an event management & space and record store.
Paying audiences will get the chance to build their own virtual characters, play mini games, enjoy live performances from artists and rising talents from Southeast Asia, and more.
Malaysian band Joyberry was announced as the first band that will be performing at the virtual festival and after listening to their latest released track seemed to understand why they’ve been picked. Energetic and fun, we think “Selamanya” deserves a grand commendation of their lyrics and peoples who worked on the track. Aptly for a time in history for Malaysia, the lyrics boasts a positive and hopeful tone towards a future that prospers when love surrounds us all.
