The youngest Jury Member of the 18th Chopin International Piano Competition is making her highly anticipated Australian debut in 2025. After winning major prizes at top International Piano Competitions such as Leeds, Chopin and Cliburn, Sa has now performed with prestigious orchestras around the world.

Sa Chen is one of China’s most promising pianists. The Polish Government honored her with the “Chopin Art Passport” for her sensitive and profound interpretation in Chopin’s music. While a Jury Member of the XVIII and XIX International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Sa was the cover artist of the launching issue of Gramophone Magazine, as well named one of the “Top Ten Chinese Artists” by French magazine L’OFFICIEL.

After winning major prizes at top International Piano Competitions – Leeds, Chopin, Cliburn – at the age of 16, Sa has now performed with prestigious orchestras around the world. She has given memorable performances at Carnegie Hall, Washington D.C Kennedy Center, London Barbican Center, Wigmall Hall, Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Tokyo Suntory Hall.
