CENDANA Launches Trade Mission To Help Connect Malaysia’s Music Executive

CENDANA is now offering to reward five individuals an all-inclusive experience at Clockenflap music and arts festival in Hong Kong this November.

Calling all music labels, managers and agents of independent and ‘export ready’ artists from Malaysia, CENDANA has extended an invitation to budding music professionals to attend one of Hong Kong’s premier annual music and arts festival set in the heart of Hong Kong set to take place from 22 – 24 November.

Aimed at connecting Malaysia’s music professionals and promoting independent artists, successful applicants will be experiencing Clockenflap’s three-day extensive lineup including a performance by British folk rock band, Mumford & Sons.

According to CENDANA, applicants must represent artists whose music is published and already available for listening on global streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. Additionally, the artist(s) “must also have performed publicly in Malaysia” for at least ten times, and ideally once outside of Malaysia.

Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to network with other industry professionals at Live Matters, a by invite-only and new conference at the music festival [Nov 21] and Gig Life Pro’s industry mixer [Nov 22].

Application is scheduled to close on October 25, 2019.
