Split Works to present Concrete and Grass Music Festival

Split Works, the festival organiser, may have just got what it takes to organise one of Shanghai most eclectic music festival ever. Boasting a variety of music from various genre including Chinese Opera, this festival is set to be another enigmatic ‘new fused with old’ sell-out festival before the year ends.

Set to take place on 16 & 17 September at Shanghai Rugby Football near Wuzhou Avenue, the organiser has already released the line-up of more than 60 artists set to perform across 4 stages. According to the organiser, the lineup has everything from flamboyant J-rock and Cantonese hip-hop to big-bass Bollywood and American slacker rock. Some of the top lineups include Edison Chen & 4PK, Sekai No Owari, Drunken Tiger x Yoonmirae, A$AP FERG, DJ Premier, MIYAVI, Yunggie Ma and The Cribs.

The festival is presented by Damai Live and Split Works. The Garage zone – with its outsider art and freewheeling installations is supported by SHANGPIN.COM, TOPSHOP TOPMAN.
